We pull property data from public sources including MCAD and county records. We do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. You are responsible for verifying information before filing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxProtestTx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service or any outcome of your property tax protest. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The report format, analysis methodology, and original website content are our property. You may use the evidence packet for your personal property tax protest. You may not resell or redistribute our reports.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas.
